1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FeedPin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedPin is a visual website feedback tool that allows users to collect, manage, and resolve client feedback through a widget installed on their websites. The Service includes an MCP server for AI agent integration, a REST API, and a web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account.

4. Plans & Billing

  • Free Plan: 1 site, unlimited feedbacks, MCP & API access.
  • Indie Hacker Plan: 5 sites, priority support. Billed monthly or annually.
  • Unlimited Plan: Unlimited sites, team features. Billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Submit feedback containing malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API (rate limits apply).
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The FeedPin name, logo, and codebase are the property of FeedPin. You retain ownership of all feedback content submitted through the Service. By using FeedPin, you grant us a limited license to store and display feedback content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FeedPin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
