  • Account information: Email address, name, and profile picture (via Google OAuth or magic link sign-in).
  • Feedback data: Text content, page URL, viewport dimensions, browser user agent, and approximate click position submitted by your website visitors through the FeedPin widget.
  • Usage data: Pages visited within the FeedPin dashboard, feature usage patterns.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by our payment provider (Creem). We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the FeedPin service.
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send transactional emails (magic link sign-in, account notifications).
  • To improve our service based on usage patterns.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Europe. We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
  • Hashed tokens for authentication (magic links are single-use and expire in 15 minutes).
  • Row-level security on our database.
  • API keys are never exposed client-side.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth: For authentication (Google Privacy Policy applies).
  • Resend: For sending transactional emails.
  • Creem: For payment processing (Merchant of Record).
  • Cloudflare: For CDN and DDoS protection.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export your feedback data at any time.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.

6. Cookies

FeedPin uses essential cookies only for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and feedback data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
